Who we are
Generosity New Zealand Inc (GNZ), formerly the Funding Information Service, is an incorporated society and social enterprise established in 1990 with support from the Roy McKenzie Foundation and other organisations. We were registered with the Charities Commission in March 2008 (CC21448).
We run a business for good: providing New Zealand's most comprehensive, up-to-date funding information for individuals, organisations, groups and clubs — searchable, coded, and kept current. We are independent, hold charitable status, and are not a Government department; we don't receive Government funding and we don't administer or offer funds ourselves. We simply connect you to the opportunities that already exist.

Generosity NZ works with churches, charities and community organisations throughout New Zealand to make generosity easier and more accessible.
